QUAD Pipes

Flexible, pre-insulated , self-compensating plastic pipe systems for buried installations.
For transporting heating and potable water, hot with heating flow, return flow, potable water, hot and circulation line with integrated coloured "Dogbone" to avoid confusion.
Medium pipe:
Cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xa) according EN 15875. Corrosion-resistant. Malfunction temperature 95°C. Design pressure 6 / 10 bar
Insulating material:
multi-layer, ageing-resistant, closed-cell PE-X foam, permanently elastic.
Jacket pipe:
Corrugated polyethylene (HDPE). With static verification for heavy traffic load of 60 tons.

Please note this pipework cannot be used for cold water distribution.
